Meg's paper "Toddler signaling regulates mesodermal cell migration downstream of Nodal signaling" has been published in eLife.
The paper addresses two conflicting models that have been proposed to explain how the secreted peptide Toddler functions during development. By testing the two models Meg & co. show that Toddler acts downstream of Nodal signaling to regulate the migration of mesodermal cells.
