The latest paper from our lab has been published in Development: Generation of neuropeptidergic hypothalamic neurons from human pluripotent stem cells.
In this paper human pluripotent stem cells were successfully differentiated into a broad array of hypothalamic neuron cell types using a 'self-patterning' strategy.
