The Allen Discovery Center has awarded a grant to the Schier lab, Shendure lab at the University of Washington and Elowitz lab at Caltech to expand and develop CRISPR-based lineage tracing technologies. The three lab sites will use the grant to develop lineage maps for the zebrafish and mouse - the first global maps of development in any vertebrate.
