The latest paper from our lab has been published in Nucleic Acids Research: CHOPCHOP: a CRISPR/Cas9 and TALEN web tool for genome editing.
CHOPCHOP is a web tool for designing sgRNA target sites for CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis. CHOPCHOP accepts multiple input formats to target a large range of organisms, and searches the genome for potential off-targets. The results are displayed in an interactive table and graphical representation of the gene, and include primer design and sequence file downloads.
Congratulations to the first author, graduate student Tessa Montague!
